The Salon Internationale de la Haute Horlogerie is the world’s largest and most prestigious watch show. The SIHH 2011 will take place this month in Geneva Switzerland. The show will see 19 of the world’s greatest luxury brands unveil their newest watches. It is perhaps the biggest event for the watch industry and the luxury brands are geared up to present their best and the latest at the show.

Traditionally most of the brands participating in the SIHH pre release one or two of their watches in the weeks leading up to the big show. Louis Vuitton has gone on a head trip for Spring 2011. “It’s a rhapsody of three virtual scenarios for a digital bohemian, a man who travels the world from behind his computer screen” says Louis Vuitton’s Men’s Studio Director Paul Helbers under the artistic direction of Marc Jacobs.
This season’s bags are inspired by active sport are the perfect match with the ready-to-wear. They come with ingenuous details such as numerous straps and handles, zips and convenient pockets. Also, most of the bags feature a unique hardware material, Element #44: Ruthenium.
Washed denim tote styles, with either LV Monogram large scale or “Louis Vuitton Articles de Voyage” archive signature bring a military feel to the collection. Lastly Louis Vuitton’s Utah leather is personalized by tattoo artist Scott Campbell.
